I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful during the entire stay. Whenever I had any queries, they were prompt in assisting me. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The housekeeping staff was very efficient and ensured the room was spotless during my entire stay. Transportation was easily available from this city which made it convenient for me to travel around without any hassle.

Located near a shopping mall, the hotel could be suitable for those looking to explore the city. that seems to be the only redeeming quality of this place. the rooms have no windows and are infested with cockroaches. the western commode is poorly bolted and could be hazardous. the hotel staff is rude, uncooperative, and uncaring. Guests have found used condoms under their beds.

The negatives outweigh the positives of this hotel.

Had a great time over Easter break. Location is very convenient, walking distance to a shopping mall, cafes, and restaurants. Latest amenities offered made our stay enjoyable. the housekeeping team kept our rooms impeccably clean. We really appreciated the comfortable bed and extra pillows were provided on request.

The hotel could do better with its maintenance. We found the hotel to be old-fashioned and lackluster.
